Welcome to WHET (“We Here Eat Together”). By booking an event or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Our Service

WHET is a private dining experience offering curated pop-up dinners. Seating is limited, and reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Reservation & Payment

Reservations must be made in advance. Payment secures your spot. Due to the exclusive nature of our events, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If you need to cancel, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to accommodate, but refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Dietary Disclaimers

While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests attend at their own risk.

4. Guest Conduct

We aim to create a welcoming environment for all. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone whose behavior disrupts the experience for others.

5. Media Release

By attending a WHET event, you consent to photography or video recording that may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

WHET is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during your participation in our events. Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after updates means you agree to the revised terms.
